    Hi All,

Our facility Cardiology/ECHO Lab is keen to introduce UV-C devices for HLD of TOE probes – But I am having trouble finding information regarding the efficacy of this type of disinfection.

Is anyone currently using UV-C light devices as opposed to OPA soak for reprocessing TOE probes? Is there any information available regarding AS4187 compliance using this technology?

    Thank you in advance!
