ACIPC Mentoring Program

Over 125 members are currently participating in the first annual ACIPC Mentorship Program which commenced in February 2024.

The program aims to contribute to the future of the IPC profession by pairing mentees with suitable mentors across all fields in a professional relationship of growth and development.

Participants in mentoring programs report a number of benefits from their participation, including:

• Improved confidence and self-awareness
• Clearer career direction
• Better communication, listening and feedback skills
• More assertive communication
• Enhanced management skills
