Spot the Risk Game – answers
1. No paper towel (empty space on wall next to soap)
2. Cups on the hand hygiene sink
3. No waste bin at the hand hygiene sink
4. Staff wearing mask beneath nose
5. Soiled and overflowing linen skip
6. Patient beds not 1.5m apart
7. Staff member wearing a watch
8. Staff member not bare below elbows
9. Staff member with eye protection on top of head
10. Staff member 3 pushing trolley wearing gloves
11. Unnecessary glove use Staff members 1 and 2
12. Staff member 1 hair not tied back
