Hi everyone
The inter-hospital transfer forms currently used by our facility and RDFS do not have infectious status documented. They are currently reviewing the form to meet standards and I was wondering if anyone would share their transfer documents? The space available on forms is small and as I am not great at graphic design, I need a bit of help.
