Good Morning All,
I am after some guidance on legislative standards for food storage in healthcare. I am aware of the Food Safety Standards and NSW Food Authority- guidelines for food service to vulnerable persons.
I am explicitly after evidence to support the storage of patient and staff food in separate designated fridges.
Alternatively, is it acceptable for staff and patient food to be stored in the same fridge if
* Monitored
* Labelled and dated
* On separate shelves
I look forward to any responses.
Kind Regards
Erica Short
