Hi everyone,
Has anyone had experience with Assisted LUSCS delivery where the pregnant women is scrubbed, gowned and gloved on the table and assists with the baby from the uterine cavity during LUSCS? I have many concerns about this practice from an infection prevention perspective. If this is practiced in your facility could you share your policy or guideline?
Thanks very muchCate Coffey | Clinical Nurse Consultant
