Hi Tina,
rom my experience one of the important tasks is to have your policies/work instructions around water management written before you start to populate you risk management plan, as these documents will cover some of the requirements in the plan.
You may also need to use a consultant to map out the water flow in your day surgery. Particularly if your design plans are not up to date or are complex as you will need to identify the distal points in each hot and cold water system for routine sampling.
I have a fairly simple plan – which may or may not be appropriate for your use – which I will send to your email once I have de-identified the document. This may be able to be used as a starting point.

Hello,
I am presently drafting a WQRMP. I was using the template for the Legionella RMP, just wondering if anyone has a template or would share their WQRMP suitable for a small day surgery. Just finding some of the questions quite beyond my qualifications.
