Setting up IPC in a vacant RACFs

Hello everyone
Before I start to drown in dowloads, thought i’d try and take a short cut by asking here.
Does anyone have a template, spreasheet, flow chart etc for setting up an IPC program in RACFs from scratch.
(I think I am overhtinking it)
