We are excited to announce that applications have now opened for the 2026 ACIPC Mentoring Program.
The program empowers members to be leaders in infection prevention and control, pairing mentees with experienced practitioners to provide guidance, support, and feedback for your future career in IPC. Participation in the program is free for all financial members of the College.

Benefits for mentees include the opportunity to explore issues and concerns in a supportive relationship, receive experienced guidance in Infection Prevention and Control, and learn from the real-life experience of others. Mentees can also explore their career development plan, receive feedback and developmental guidance, and build their professional network.
Benefits for mentors include being recognised as a leader and using their experience to contribute back into the industry, while further enriching their own mentoring and leadership skills. Mentors also gain intellectual challenges and new perspectives, and have the opportunity to expand their professional network.
