Hi everyone,
Just seeking some advice about providing education and practical assessments to the different workgroups at the facility I work.
I have for the last few years provided the same HH education and practical assessments to all staff at the facility.
I now feel that I need to provide education that is targeted and specific to each workgroup. That is care staff, nursing staff, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, laundry staff, maintenance staff and office staff.
Just wanting to see what other IPC Leads and IPC staff are doing in relation to providing education and practical assessments for the different workgroups.

The ACIPC website under the aged care space has a lot of resources to develop education, it also has tools and templates for use. The aged care in focus has presentations that can be used for staff education as well. https://www.acipc.org.au/aged-care/
