The Department of Health launched a dedicated antimicrobial resistance (AMR) website in November 2017 www.amr.gov.au.
The Activity and research directory (the Directory) section of the AMR website provides the opportunity for anyone who is undertaking research and/or an activity that supports Australia’s response to AMR to submit a summary to be listed in the Directory. Activities included in the Directory can be led by the Australian Government, state and territory governments, non-government organisations, professional bodies and research organisations. The Directory will be a really useful tool to assist in building our information on AMR, and will help to further strengthen Australia’s response to the threat of AMR by identifying potential cross-linkages across existing research and activities, and targeting our efforts to the areas identified as most in need. The Directory can be accessed via: https://www.amr.gov.au/activity-and-research-directory
